DTC is led by Garry J. Carter, a security professional with more than four decades of experience across the public and private sectors.
His career has included service within HM Forces, policing, international protective security operations and senior leadership roles within healthcare, higher education and commercial security.
Throughout his career, Garry has worked in environments where effective decision-making, leadership and risk management have been essential. This operational background now forms the foundation of every course and consultancy project delivered by DTC.
Alongside operational experience, Garry holds a broad range of recognised qualifications in security, leadership, training and assessment, allowing DTC to provide clients with both practical insight and accredited learning.
