Garry Carter is the founder and Managing Director of Droylsden Training & Compliance Ltd.
With more than four decades of experience across policing, the armed forces, protective security, healthcare, higher education and commercial security, Garry has built a reputation for practical leadership, operational professionalism and a commitment to improving standards across the security industry.
Throughout his career he has worked in roles involving investigation, security management, emergency planning, crisis response, training delivery and organisational resilience. His experience includes working in high-risk international environments, managing security operations in the UK and leading training programmes for both public and private sector organisations.
